UNIVERSAL Travel Services is a privately owned DMC established in 1984. Ranking today among the top DMCs, the company year after year serves satisfied guests from North America to the Far East and South Africa to Europe through the Middle East.
Depending on the particular program for every individual guest or group, each single detail of their sojourn in Türkiye will be taken on by the specialized departments of UNIVERSAL, who will strive to make their stay an unforgettably delightful experience to the very moment of their departure.
UNIVERSAL owns a fully equipped five-storey office building where a full-time staff is permanently employed. The building also houses the Turkish headquarters of Global Blue (formerly Global Refund), world leader in tax refunding on purchases made by visiting tourists, the Turkish associate and partner of which is UNIVERSAL.
UNIVERSAL Travel Services is a member of TÜRSAB (The Association of Turkish Travel Agencies) and a member of Global DMC Partners.
