Content on this website is provided for information purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer. Programs, itineraries, rates and availability are confirmed only through a signed proposal or service contract issued by Universal Travel Services.

Service contracts

Each program is subject to a specific written agreement between Universal Travel Services and the client. That agreement — together with the confirmed proposal, payment schedule and applicable supplier conditions (hotels, airlines, cruise operators, venues) — governs the services delivered. Cancellation, amendment and refund conditions are set out in that agreement.

Liability

Universal Travel Services acts as an intermediary between clients and third-party suppliers. We select suppliers with due care, but we are not liable for events outside our reasonable control (force majeure, acts of authorities, weather, strikes). Where required, our liability is aligned with Turkish tourism regulations and TÜRSAB standards.

Governing law
